Stuttgart Media University or Hochschule der Medien is a public university located in Stuttgart, the state of Baden-Württemberg. It was founded in the year 2001. Funded by the state of Baden-Württemberg, this university teaches media specialists. This university was founded 60 years ago initially as a training center for public libraries. Now, this university has expanded its range of subjects and tasks and developed into Germany’s largest young library and information center. This university has 30 accredited Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programs and about 5500 students are enrolled at the university.
