About the University

HWR Berlin is the University Institute of Economics and the Higher Business School and was founded in 1971 in Berlin, Germany. The university’s main focus is high-level research and has a multi-disciplinary curriculum to promote shared development. Apart from that, HWR Berlin has five departments, two Central Institutes, seven internal research Institutes, and six An-Institutes conducting research. Moreover, 15% of international students make up the student population.

• Spree River Cruise: It’s a boat ride along the Spree River and has multiple docking points in the sleek Government District. Students can take this tour to see the famous Reichstag Dome and wind down in their spare time.
