About Saar College of Fine Arts
The Hochschule der Bildenden Künste Saar, often known as the HBK Saar College of Fine Arts. It is an art and design public university in the German state of Saarland founded in 1989. It has grown into one of the most important creative centers in the larger Saarland(Saarbrücken)/Rhineland Palatinate/Alsace/Lorraine/Luxembourg/Wallonia area.
