The cost of living at The Technical University of Ostwestfalen-Lippe(TH OWL), may alter depending on the campus location. From 1st January 2021, the creation of a bank account named ‘Blocked Account’ has become a prerequisite for all international students. On the other hand, there is no tuition fee for the courses provided. But, the administrative fee needs to be paid that varies between campuses.
