- Cancel Current Registration: If you are enrolled in a university that awards a non-German degree, you need to cancel your current registration in the waiting list for the D-Student visa with APS certificate.
- Book a Fresh Appointment: You must then book a new appointment at the German Consulate Mumbai under the category “D- Student; Educational Facility awarding non-German degree.” This step is mandatory even if you hold a valid APS certificate.
Important Note
Failing to book the correct appointment if your admission is from an educational facility awarding non-German degrees will result in your appointment becoming automatically invalid, as it will be considered incorrect.
