Ruhr-Universität Bochum is a non-profit public research university.It was founded in the year 1962. Located in the Ruhr area, Bochum is one of the strongest research universities in North Rhine-Westphalia. The university believes in collaboration with all levels of scholarships and research, which makes them unique. The university has 21 faculties and 42,600 students from over 130 countries. Currently, this university offers 191 different programs for students.
