About The University

The Technical University of Clausthal is an institute of technology in Clausthal-Zellerfeld, Lower Saxony, Germany established in 1775. Subsequently, it is internationally recognized for its practice-oriented education and is located in western Harz Mountain. Apart from that. the university has more than 4,100 students and 1,050 employees. Besides, percentage of the international students is 31.3%. Since 1968, it has acted as the University of Technology and operates 36 institutes under three faculties. There are three interdisciplinary research centers for international academic students.
